creating learning spaces

7th Grade Health Education students use type to think about their learning environment.

(Example: a block for people who prefer Introversion to communicate to the teacher when they are ready to share or need another few minutes to formulate their thoughts)

The students created an ideal learning space or a product that would be helpful/solve a problem for a student working in that space.  Spaces/products were developed based on problem statements.  Statements were formed following research of fellow students type preferences and needs based on those preferences.

Learning outcome: Students develop empathy for one another’s learning needs, demonstrate a greater understanding of Personality Type and are motivated to be more responsible for their own learning needs.
